Research & publications
PhD in Operations Research from ITA and Universidade Federal de São Paulo (plus a BSTech in Computational Mathematics). His doctoral work produced SIROM — a sampling-based robust optimization method that matched or beat the literature in 92.5% of cases — a distance-geometry method for 2D target location under uncertainty, and “Hardness,” a robustness measure for solutions under uncertain parameters. Every BIS engagement is built on that foundation: science, not model wrappers.
